Help!!!!

I think my milk supply is low. I started the mini-pill about 3 weeks ago and have noticed a drop in supply (breast don't feel as full). I'm afraid to get off because I also started my period which means I could be fertile. We want one more child ( I think) but I need a little time to get my body back in shape ( the baby is only 3 months old). Any ideas ( my husband is not going to use anything ).

Hmmm, what about an IUD?? I have a couple friends who have one and they are happy with it. These 2 friends also want more children so what's great about the IUD is that they can have it removed at any time.

Oh BTW, about your question about what time I work out, I actually haven't been able to go to the gym b/c I hurt my knee jogging. But I had been going at varying times, depending on the mood that the kids were in!

I also have a lot of friends with IUD's that LOVE them. The friends that love their IUD's though are the Merina which has a hormone, and I don't think you can have that a breastfeed. My sister had the non hormone one and HATED it because it made her periods extremely heavy.

I would try fenugreek? An herbal supplement that I've heard increases your milk supply.

Thanks so much for stopping by my blog. I would guess that adding one more child to the mix (down the road) won't make much of a difference since you already have 4. I went from 3 to 5 so my transition was a little different. The grocery bills are WAY higher, babysitting costs an arm and a leg and to get someone other than a sitter to watch them I have to farm them out in groups. :) I wouldn't have it any other way, but it is MUCH busier than just 3. I do have to be more scheduled with my time, and I work harder. I am constantly cleaning up, and feeding them! :) If you want more info, email me!

I look forward to returning and reading more!
